Apply your lip liner (if required) and fresh lipstick on clean lips. Allow your lipstick color to set a few seconds before blotting your lips with a facial tissue.
Apply a light coat of Magique Kiss first along the lips slightly exceeding the area covered with lipstick. This will prevent your lipstick from bleeding.
Then, in straight lines, cover completely the area covered with lipstick. The tingling sensation you may experience is temporary and caused by the alcohol. It should not exceed 1 minute unless your lips are chapped.
Allow a few seconds for fixing with your lips partly open. Magique Kiss creates a transparent film which lets your lips breathe. If your lipstick is deep in color or hydrating formula, you may require to add a second light coat of Magique Kiss please wait for the first film to be completely dry.
Never rub your lips together it would damage the film you just created. You may wet your lips after the film is create.

Upon skin contact, the alcohol evaporates immediately to enable the product to work quickly. Some women may experience some tingling or a light heating sensation it's caused by the alcohol; (a sip of gin or vodka tingles in your mouth as well does it not?). This sensation lasts only a few seconds, in most dramatic cases up to 1 minute if your lips are chapped.
Lips are the same as the inside of your mouth, mucous membrane which covers parts of the human body which is constantly wet with mucous except the lips which are dried by the air we breathe, (constant environment changes, such as heat, air conditioning and pollution) attacks your lips as much as the rest of your skin, provoking little particles to shed. The ingredients contained in Magique Kiss will help the cleansing of these particles without drying your lips.
Should you feel Magique Kiss dries your lips, check if you remove your lipstick and Magique Kiss as specified in the instruction pamphlet. Some women also use a mat and long lasting lipsticks, some of the ingredients used by some manufacturer may be especially drying for the lips. You can test Magique Kiss by applying it to your lips without lipstick the result is always conclusive.
The alcohol used in Magique Kiss is obtained by wheat fermentation. It accelerates the sealing process. When opening a bottle of Magique Kiss you will surely recognize the scent of drinking alcohol (i.e. Gin). If we can drink it, we sure can wear it!
